WBROOTS provides business management solutions including invoicing, inventory control, team administration, GST-compliant billing, multi-warehouse tracking, and financial analytics through WBFlow and Quip AI products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the WBROOTS platform are owned by Webnique Business Roots. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
WBROOTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our team.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where WBROOTS operates.
